This Code of Conduct applies to all visitors, guests, invitees, event attendees, vendors, and any external individuals entering the premises of International Club.
By entering the premises, all guests agree to comply fully with this Code of Conduct.
Guests must behave in a respectful, disciplined, and professional manner at all times.
Any form of disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Guests must comply immediately with all instructions given by Club management or security staff.
The Club reserves the absolute right to deny entry or remove any guest without obligation to provide explanation.
International Club welcomes members, guests, visitors, and the general public to designated areas of its premises.
All visitors must comply with Club policies, staff instructions, and posted rules while on the premises.
Club management or security personnel may request identification when necessary for security, safety, age verification, incident investigation, or access to restricted areas.
Certain areas, events, facilities, or services may be restricted to authorized individuals, members, registered guests, or ticket holders.
Any person who engages in prohibited conduct, refuses to comply with Club policies, or creates a disturbance may be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be restricted from future entry at the discretion of management.
Guests must wear neat, modest, and appropriate attire suitable for a professional environment.
The Club reserves the right to deny entry based on inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable clothing.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Physical violence, threats, or intimidation.
Harassment of any kind (verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional).
Discrimination based on nationality, gender, religion, or background.
Disorderly, indecent, or disruptive conduct.
Violation will result in immediate removal and possible permanent ban.
Alcohol may be served and consumed only in designated restaurants or licensed areas of the Club and strictly in accordance with applicable laws and Club policy.
Consumption of alcohol outside designated areas or in unauthorized sections of the premises is strictly prohibited.
The Club reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who appears intoxicated, behaves disruptively, or poses a risk to others.
Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or any form of nuisance behavior under the influence of alcohol will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Illegal drugs, narcotics, or any controlled substances not permitted by law are strictly prohibited under all circumstances and will result in immediate removal and legal action if required.
Carrying weapons, sharp objects, or dangerous items is strictly forbidden.
Guests may be subject to security checks at entry or within premises.
Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denial of entry or removal.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to Club property.
Vandalism, theft, or misuse of facilities will result in fines, permanent ban, and legal action.
Removal of Club property without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Photography, videography, or any form of audio-visual recording of staff, guests, or Club premises is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from Club management.
Use of professional cameras, video equipment, or any commercial-grade recording devices is not allowed without prior authorization from the Club.
Any approved photography or filming for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes will be subject to management terms and conditions, including applicable charges as determined by the Club.
Unauthorized recording, live streaming, or distribution of any visual or audio content from the premises is strictly prohibited.
Guests must fully respect privacy, confidentiality, and operational sensitivity at all times.
Excessive or inappropriate public display of affection is not permitted within the Club premises.
Guests are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment suitable for all visitors.
The Club reserves the right to intervene in any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or uncomfortable for other guests.
Failure to comply with instructions from Club staff regarding conduct may result in warning, removal from premises, or further action as deemed necessary by management.
Guests must maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste responsibly.
Littering, spitting, or unhygienic behavior is strictly prohibited.
Immediate permanent ban and/or legal action may be applied for:
Physical assault or serious threats
Sexual harassment or misconduct
Drug possession or use
Theft or vandalism
Carrying illegal weapons
Severe misconduct toward staff or guests
The Club is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained by guests due to their own negligence or violation of rules.
The Club will fully cooperate with local law enforcement authorities in case of any legal violations or criminal activity.
Club management and security personnel have full authority to enforce this Code of Conduct, including immediate removal of any guest violating the rules.
All decisions made by management regarding enforcement shall be final.
The International Club reserves the right to modify or update this Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice.
